Our services are primarily intended for trades businesses operating in the United Kingdom, including plumbers, electricians, and maintenance providers.

Toolramp provides a platform that enables trades businesses to manage enquiries, schedule jobs, create quotes and invoices, and optionally accept payments. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in connection with legitimate business activities.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. You agree not to use Toolramp in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users.

To access certain features of Toolramp, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is a breach of these Terms or suspected misuse of the platform.

Toolramp is free to use with no subscription fees or upfront costs. Certain features, such as payment processing, may incur fees. These fees will be clearly communicated to you before use.

If you choose to use payment functionality, you agree to the applicable fees and to the terms of any third-party payment providers involved in processing transactions. You remain responsible for all transactions made through your account.

Toolramp may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment providers and communication tools. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of these third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

You retain ownership of the data and content you input into Toolramp, including customer information, job details, and invoices. By using the platform, you grant us a limited right to process and store this data for the purpose of providing our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and store any personal data within Toolramp, including compliance with applicable data protection laws when handling your customers’ information.

We aim to provide a reliable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee that Toolramp will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend or modify the service from time to time for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolramp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

You may stop using Toolramp at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the service poses a risk to us or other users.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be removed, but certain data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

All intellectual property rights in the Toolramp platform, including software, design, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to Toolramp. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of Toolramp after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including the United Kingdom, may also apply.
