Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to plumbers, electricians and trade businesses applying to become Toolramp partners. It also applies to customers who submit enquiries, booking requests or job details through Toolramp, visitors to the Toolramp website, people who contact us by email, phone, online form or other communication channels, and suppliers, contractors or other business contacts.
What data we collect
If you apply to become a Toolramp partner, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, trade type, business location, service areas, availability, operating hours, company information, insurance details, qualification or certification information, and information about your experience, services and customer standards.
