Terms of Use

Effective date: June 01, 2026

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Toolramp website, platform and related services. By accessing our website, applying to become a Toolramp partner, submitting an enquiry, or using any part of Toolramp, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Toolramp is operated by Toolramp GmbH. In these Terms of Use, “Toolramp”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Toolramp GmbH. “You” and “your” refer to any person or business using our website, platform or services.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the Toolramp website or services.
Toolramp helps plumbers and electricians get more local jobs, manage enquiries, bookings, quotes, invoices, payments and customer feedback through one partner platform.

Toolramp may generate local customer enquiries through marketing activity, capture customer requests through online forms and phone calls, and support the workflow between customer enquiry and completed paid job.

Toolramp is not a traditional franchise. Approved partners remain independent businesses and are responsible for carrying out their trade work professionally, safely and lawfully.
You may use Toolramp if you are at least 16 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms of Use. If you use Toolramp on behalf of a company, partnership or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

If you apply to become a Toolramp partner, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
Submitting a partner application does not guarantee approval. Toolramp may accept, reject, pause or remove partner applications at its discretion.

We may review information about your business, trade type, service area, qualifications, insurance, availability, communication standards and customer suitability before approving you as a partner.

If approved, you may be asked to agree to additional partner terms, commercial terms, service standards or operating requirements before receiving customer enquiries or using certain Toolramp services.
Toolramp partners are independent trade businesses. Nothing in these Terms of Use creates an employment relationship, agency relationship, joint venture, partnership, franchise relationship or exclusive relationship between Toolramp and any partner, unless separately agreed in writing.

Partners are responsible for how they operate their business, perform trade work, price work where applicable, comply with applicable laws, maintain insurance, hold required qualifications, and deliver services safely and professionally.
Toolramp may help generate, capture, organise and route customer enquiries. We may collect customer details, job information, location, urgency, preferred times and other relevant information to help assess and manage an enquiry.

Toolramp does not guarantee that every enquiry will become a booked job, that every job will be accepted by a partner, or that every partner will receive a fixed volume of enquiries.

Toolramp may route enquiries based on factors such as trade type, location, availability, customer requirements, partner suitability, partner performance, service standards and operational capacity.
Where Toolramp supports quoting or pricing workflows, any quote should be based on the information available at the time. Job scope, materials, labour, availability and final pricing may change where the actual job differs from the original enquiry.

Partners are responsible for ensuring that quotes and job terms are accurate, fair, compliant and properly communicated to customers.

Toolramp may provide workflow tools, templates, pricing guidance or communication support, but partners remain responsible for trade-specific decisions, assessments and work carried out.
Toolramp may support payment requests, payment tracking and payment collection through third-party payment providers.

For approved partners, Toolramp charges 24.95% of completed paid jobs, calculated on the invoice amount excluding VAT, unless a different written agreement applies.

The Toolramp fee becomes payable when the relevant completed job is paid. We may deduct, collect, invoice or otherwise process Toolramp fees through the payment workflow or another agreed method.

Partners are responsible for their own taxes, VAT position, accounting, materials, labour costs, business expenses and any other costs connected with their work.
Toolramp does not currently charge approved partners a monthly software subscription fee for the core partner workflow, unless separately agreed in writing.

Toolramp may introduce paid features, optional services, payment processing fees or additional charges in the future. If we do so, we will make the relevant charges clear before they apply.
Partners must provide accurate information, communicate professionally, attend agreed jobs where accepted, deliver work with reasonable care and skill, comply with applicable laws and regulations, maintain appropriate insurance, and hold any qualifications, licences or permissions required for their trade.

Partners must not misuse customer information, misrepresent their services, accept work they are not qualified to perform, or use Toolramp in a way that damages customers, other partners or Toolramp.

Toolramp may suspend or remove access where we believe a partner has breached these Terms of Use, failed to meet service standards, provided misleading information, created customer risk, or acted in a way that harms the Toolramp network.
Bookings may need to be changed or cancelled due to availability, access issues, incorrect job information, safety concerns, customer changes, partner availability or other operational reasons.

Where cancellation rights apply by law, including consumer cancellation rights for certain distance or off-premises contracts, those rights are not limited by these Terms of Use.

If a customer asks for urgent work or requests that services begin during any applicable cancellation period, the customer may be asked to acknowledge that cancellation rights may be affected once the service has been fully performed.
Toolramp may collect customer feedback, ratings or reviews after completed jobs. Feedback may be used to improve service quality, assess partner performance, build customer trust and support future enquiry routing.

Customers should provide honest, fair and lawful feedback. Partners should not manipulate, pressure or incentivise customers to provide misleading reviews.

Toolramp may moderate, remove or decline to display feedback that appears abusive, false, discriminatory, irrelevant, unlawful or misleading.
You must use the Toolramp website and platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security, scrape data, introduce malware, overload our systems, copy our content without permission, or use Toolramp for any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purpose.

We may update, suspend, restrict or withdraw access to any part of the website or platform at any time for operational, security, legal or business reasons.
The Toolramp website, platform, branding, design, text, graphics, software, workflows and other content are owned by Toolramp or licensed to us. You may use our website and platform only for their intended purpose.

You must not copy, reproduce, sell, licence, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Toolramp content without our written permission, except where permitted by law.

If you provide content to Toolramp, such as business information, job notes, photos, feedback or profile information, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. You grant Toolramp permission to use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve and promote the Toolramp service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Toolramp may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication tools, marketing platforms and other operational providers.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms or services that we do not control. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim to keep Toolramp available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.

We may change, improve, replace, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, platform or services at any time. Where changes materially affect approved partners, we will try to provide reasonable notice where practical.
Toolramp provides tools, workflows and partner support to help generate and manage local trade enquiries. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, jobs, customers, revenue, ratings or payment outcomes.

Toolramp does not guarantee that customer information will always be complete or accurate, or that every enquiry is suitable, profitable or available.

Nothing on the Toolramp website should be treated as legal, tax, accounting, trade, safety or professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Toolramp will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Partners remain responsible for the trade work they perform, including workmanship, safety, legal compliance, customer communication and any issues arising from the services they provide.
Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using Toolramp, you acknowledge that we will process personal information as described in that policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Toolramp if you breach these Terms of Use, misuse the platform, provide false information, fail to meet partner standards, create risk for customers or partners, or act in a way that harms Toolramp.

You may stop using Toolramp at any time. If you are an approved partner, any outstanding fees, payment obligations, customer commitments or completed job obligations will remain due unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of Toolramp after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another governing law is required by applicable consumer protection law or agreed in writing.

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory legal rights in the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms of Use affects those rights.
